As I write this post I am currently 39 weeks pregnant and 5 days.... and counting down! Hopefully by the time this post pops up on your computers I will have a baby in my arms. I truly hope so. I don't think my OB will have let me gone this far anyway. Fingers crossed.....

This week's star ingredient is walnuts. I just love them - raw, sprinkled in muesli or in a good banana bread. Althought that last option really isn't the healthiest but I can't pass up a good piece of banana bread straight out of the oven. Mmmmmm

I tried to find a few "different recipes" to add in there in the recipe roundup this week. I'm sure a few of you may of lifted your eyebrows up at the vegan lentil walnut meatloaf!
Anyway I hope to get back on board to baking again soon. It just takes a little bit more time and energy to try and bake and photograph what I have baked as well but we will get there!
