I would have to say Monte Carlo's really hold a true childhood memory for me! I wrote a post on this memory over at my Simply Tea blog.... Pop over there and read it and print off the recipe.

Also on another note I got some great news late last week.....
I've been chosen as a semi-finalist in the Ultimate Home Cook Challenge competition that I entered. I am yet to find out further details of what happens next but I will keep you posted.
